| Service and repair time/cost is excellent. My only review is that communication between the guy answering the phone and any updates on the vehicle take quite a bit of time. |

| Steves has good prices. They are nice people there that are honest. But sometimes it feels like iv been forgotten about until I call and ask how my vehical is coming along with the repair. Then they kinda jump into action . just had it there for a coolant flush . dropped off in the morning before they even opened called around 1:00pm and truck wasn't even touched yet had it done by 3-3:30. I feel like it should of been done around 10 am then I could of had my vehical back for the day. I'm not mad but this has happened a couple times . |

| Work was good, happy with the job done. Customer service needs improvement. Have been forgotten while on hold several times. Was not called to let know vehicle was ready to be picked up. Was not provided a quote (written or oral) of work to be done before it was done. |
